Handy Dads Home Remodeling, LLC is looking for a part time in-office and from home assistant to help with a variety of office duties. Looking for someone part time, but also willing to work extra as business requires. A desire to provide excellent customer service, ability to multi-task and a careful eye for detail are critical qualities for job success. Knowledge of the residential construction industry and/or experience with home remodeling projects helpful.

Some of the duties include:

• Scheduling crews and customers
• Answering customer questions
• Assisting with coordinating remodeling projects
• Assistance with the creation of estimates using sub bids
• Follow up with prospects after estimate has been sent to answer questions and help convert prospect to customer
• Communicate with customers/subs/vendors via phone, text and email
• Handle customer concerns and any problems that arise
• Assist with permitting projects
• Other misc. tasks as needed

- Must be friendly and customer focused. This is a critical skill. Must enjoy working with people and enjoy talking over the phone. Also, must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Must be able to respond to all inquiries quickly.

- Must be dependable and accountable while at work and have consistent prior work experience

- 30 day evaluation period

- Paid twice monthly

- Hours/Days required - 3 to 5 hours per day 5 days a week (M - F). A few additional hours may be required as work dictates. Occasionally, communication or scheduling with customer is required on a Saturday).
