Longview Regional Medical Center is Hiring a PT Customer Service Representative - Plano Near Plano, TX
The CSR will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships in the Bank’s Call Center. Courteously and promptly resolves customer questions and/or problems. Performs a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing time deposit accounts, and assisting clients with account inquiries, maintenance, and problem resolution. Has knowledge of deposit and loan products and services. Identifies sales and referral opportunities and strives to meet related goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year strong customer service and data entry experience
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong 10-key and typing abilities
- Strong conflict resolution skills
Saturdays: 9:00am-5:00pm
(Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of Call Center operation including Saturdays and holidays)
