Description

Welcome to InTouch Credit Union!

  • We're looking for a Contact Center Agent who has experience with customer-focused/deadline-driven/high-energy environment, and who can provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance to their team, and our membership.
  • Our ideal candidate will make anywhere between $21.15 - $22.33 for this role.
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Rotating Saturdays between 8:50 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
What about the Duties & Responsibilities?
  • The Contact Center Agent will work within a call center environment, assist members and potential members with their telephone, chat or email requests while providing efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and courteous service.
  • Professionally provide first call resolution by assisting members and potential members with telephone and chat requests; answer questions about products and services including loan products; recommend products that will benefit the member; resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve; refer problems that are beyond their authority to the Contact Center leadership team as necessary.
  • Maintain an advanced level of knowledge of Credit Union products, services, features and benefits, lending guidelines, policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifies and encourage cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
  • Take ownership of all member requests via telephone or chat with the goal to conduct one-call resolutions or with minimal transfer to other departments within the Credit Union.
  • Assist members with Online Banking and related Web-based banking products.

Requirements
Education/Certification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
Experience:
  • Two years in a financial institution and/or call center environment.
Required Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Basic software applications.
  • Compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering rules required.
