The IT Project Manager will organize, direct, and manage Portfolio and Program Management functions; IT operations, monitoring, and analysis activities; data governance and management initiatives; individual IT projects, including definition and implementation of IT strategy. The IT Program Manager shall have prior relevant experience supporting management of equally complex IT portfolios with multiple, complex and interrelated project tasks. This person maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of FEMA’s RMD and Office of the Chief Information Officer. The IT Project Manager meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
