E Logic is Hiring a Project Manager Near Washington, DC

We are searching for an expert and experienced person who can successfully carry out project management of the Federal Financing Bank. The Project Manager will be responsible for the project management and completion of a multitude of undertakings within our entity, keeping all the projects finished on time, on budget, and with all objectives achieved. The right person should demonstrate superior leadership skills, effective talking skills, and indisputable project management during the taking off to the successful completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the government a weekly and monthly status report regarding the status and completion of LMCS and MCLS change requests/ JIRA tickets, overall deliverable status, and other relevant technical or schedule risk assessments.
  • Status reports must provide a transparent and straightforward assessment of the status of deliverables; including the pass rate for all testing, key delivery milestones, and other relevant information. These reports will also be used to track action items, issues and escalations between the Project Manager and FFB Project Manager.
  • Shall also schedule and facilitate, as required, sprint meetings and/or other technical meetings as needed with government and Contractor personnel. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to schedule the meetings and record meeting minutes and decisions of government personnel. The candidate shall provide agendas for technical and/or sprint meetings, together with details of changes to be reviewed in advance of the meeting.
  • The candidate may be asked to conduct daily meetings with Government personnel, each morning, to communicate a daily status and bring to light any impediment issues.
  • Develop a Project Plan in Microsoft Word, consistent with Project Management Institute’s(PMI) Project Management Book Of Knowledge (PMBOK) which shall, at a minimum, address the following:
  • Objectives, Scope, Planning Assumptions.
  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Timelines and Key Project Milestones(MS Project or PDF)
  • Staffing Strategy and Required Personnel
  • Issue Log and Risk Register with Mitigation Plans
  • Communication Plan
  • Quality Control Plan (QCP) as defined in the QASP

Requirements:

  • The position is onsite: Federal Financing Bank at Washington, DC.
  • We work with government entities and as part of the onboarding process is the signing of a letter of intent by the candidate.
  • Scrum Master Certification is required.
  • 3 years of experience in managing IT development, operations, and maintenance projects.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
