Servexo USA is Hiring a Project Manager Near Washington, DC

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Allocate resources and coordinate with different departments for project execution.

Project Execution:

  • Oversee the implementation of security projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with security teams to ensure the efficient deployment of security personnel and resources.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Regularly communicate project status, updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all security operations meet the company's standards and client requirements.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and maintain service excellence.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Generate comprehensive project reports for management review.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to analyze project performance and identify lessons learned for future projects.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • With 3 years and above experience
  • Possess United States citizenship (either by birth or naturalization).
  • Possess a valid high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED), or equivalency.
  • Pass a medical and physical standards examination.
  • Be able to read, write and speak the English language fluently.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted (except eyewear) state driver’s license.
  • Satisfy one of the following: 1) Two years of service in the United States Armed Services (including Reserve or National Guard); 2) Any combination of two years of experience in physical security (as a security officer—armed or unarmed) and service with the United States Armed Services (including Reserves or National Guard; 3) Associate’s Degree in a security or law enforcement field; or 4) Successful completion of a police officer’s basic training academy.
  • Pass a USCP background security investigation.
  • Successfully complete all on-boarding training to include the USCP Familiarization 40 hour curriculum (to be administered by the contract agency) and the Field Training Phase
  • Physically capable of their assigned work and will be free from any communicable diseases and mental disabilities.
  • All CSOs and LSCSOs must obtain and maintain an unarmed security officer license through the Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs in Washington D.C...
  • If not previously certified with this license, each CSO must complete the following within 90 days of beginning employment with the USCP CSO contract:.
  • Unarmed security guard licenses in Washington D.C are valid for 2 years.
  • One security guard must be randomly selected for a monthly drug test from this contract only. Results will then be forwarded to the Deputy CEO/Chief Safety Officer and or his designee.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
