Title: IT Project Manager
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000
Primary Location : The Pentagon
Description of project: Manage a long-term Information Technology Support Services project that provides mission-critical operations, sustainment, security, and support for the organization's IT systems. The organization's systems architecture consists of endpoint devices, servers, and network components are the foundation that allows applications, software, and Operations Research models to function and communicate. 
Must post a Top Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be able to organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract activities; interface with client management including the contracting officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Oversees a cohesive, systematic, and integrated approach to program/project management services.
• Coordinates a visionary process management and technology services to optimize organizational performance.
• Responsible for program integration, essential management elements of cost, schedule and performance metrics and analysis including the deliberate consideration of the interrelationships among all the many program elements to optimize cost, schedule, and performance.
• Ability to ensure consideration of all elements required to complete the successful program integration.
• Responsible for business process re-engineering and tailoring effective enterprise management systems to support programmatic decision-making.
• The candidate must ensure conformance to task specifications and contract provisions.
• Ability to ensure consideration of all elements required to complete the successful program integration.
• The candidate must have experience in identifying and recruiting personnel best suited to achieve program goals.
• Manage a team of 10 personnel.

• A IT Project Manager requires an advanced degree in a technical or management discipline with seven (7) years’ experience, to include five (5) years managing complex projects involving a large number of people in subordinate groups OR a Bachelors’ degree in a technical or management discipline with fifteen (15) years’ experience managing progressively more complex systems/projects.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI
