Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth. This is a key role in our organization, requiring excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to effectively manage accounts.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue sales leads
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Analyze sales data to track account performance and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Utilize Aspire software to manage accounts and track sales activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the landscape industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Familiarity with Mircosoft suite and Aspire is highly desirable
- Experience in warm calling and cold calling techniques is a plus
