Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing construction projects, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare and submit project reports and updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management (preferred not required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Houzz Pro and Proficent in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
