Position Title: Marketing Assistant
Reports to: Marketing Coordinator
Salary: $16/hr, 20 hours per week (Some day time hours in center required)
- Phone Stipend (Paid Quarterly)
- Merit Pay
Requirements:
- Some evening hours are required.
- Some travel may be required.
Qualifications: Associates Degree preferred
SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for “potential student”/parent engagement. The Marketing assistant will aid families through the initial stages of the enrollment process. They will also assist the Marketing Coordinator in projects and duties as needed.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in making calls to potential students and parents to set up enrollment appointments.
- Collaborate with all 16 Link Learning locations to meet their advertising/marketing needs.
- Assist Marketing coordinator to provide community awareness and support.
- Assist with Social Media presence.
- Assist with the maintenance of the Sharpspring Lead System. (Updates on leads)
- Assist in planning and organizing of school events (i.e. professional development and graduations).
- Assist in coordinating, ordering, and delivering marketing materials for centers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have great ability to build relationships with co-workers, local business and community.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
