Mission Point Healthcare Services is Hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist Near Grand Rapids, MI

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, develops, and implements the digital marketing strategies and campaigns via the company’s website(s) and through social media presence to support Mission Point’s strategic Marketing objectives.
  • Develops and expands company’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.
  • Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company.
  • Coordinates with other marketing team members or outside vendors to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s).
  • Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s).
  • Collaborates with internal staff to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Research new online media opportunities including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forms
  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing. Identifies trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on market intelligence.
  • Develops KPI’s, measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against established objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Assist with paid media including liaising with digital advertising companies
  • Assist the Director of Brand Management with budget preparation.
  • Travel up to 20%.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required/Desired Qualifications:

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree; 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in health care.
  • Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong writing and communications background.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
  • Collaborative problem solver that thrives in faced-paced environments.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise and actionable storylines.
  • Proficient in Adobe suite products and basic understanding of graphic design principles.
  • Project management skills for handling time-sensitive project to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work within a team environment in support of company objectives.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, analyze problems and identify practical solutions.
  • Computer skills required
  • Meets state and federal criminal background check requirements
