Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in managing our Salesforce system, in addition to other various CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
- Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
- Assisting with the management of social media accounts
- Compile and present data for other departments
- Working with our existing and new Facebook and Google Ads
- Analyzing ROI from current and future campaigns
- Assisting with post closing marketing efforts
- Helping to optimize SEO for company web assets
- Participating in client meetings with real estate professionals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing, at least 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Someone who is tech-minded
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Experience with Wordpress a plus
- Strong social media skills (FB, Insta, TikTok)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams
