We provide marketing, accounting, and human resources to our companies as a shared service. We're currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

Daily Social Media Management:

• Craft and schedule daily engaging social media posts for Market Express, The Lincoln Market, Pellston General Store, Ravenna Market, and Omega Investments Group.
• Monitor and promptly respond to comments and messages on all social media platforms.

Weekly Deals:

• Design a template for weekly deals and collaborate with store directors to create them.
• Post weekly deals on social media, update them on the website, and manage printing and mailing if necessary.

Website Maintenance:

• Oversee and maintain the websites for all stores, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
• Keep weekly deals updated on the website.

Google Page Management:

• Monitor and respond to comments on Google pages daily.
• Ensure seasonal pictures are updated regularly.

Events Coordination:

• Plan and execute customer appreciation days bi-monthly across all stores.
• Organize quarterly employee events to foster team spirit and engagement.

Media Management:

• Maintain all media players in the stores, including deli menus, welcome screens, and gas dispenser videos.

General Marketing Tasks:

• Track marketing statistics and analyze performance metrics.
• Implement email and text marketing campaigns for each store.
• Coordinate the distribution of letters/physical mailers in targeted areas.

Employee Care:

• Keep track of employee work anniversaries and birthdays.
• Send personalized cards, gift cards, or gifts to each employee on their special day.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in website management and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,868.93 - $55,240.00 per year
