The Senior Marketing Specialist - Acquisition is responsible for leading acquisition strategy and efforts to grow membership in the Priority Health Individual Market. This role is strongly focus on year-round initiatives, including lead generation/nurturing and consumer direct paid digital media campaigns. A strong desire to drive implementation of digital consumer-direct marketing practices and trends will set you apart from others.
This job is perfect for someone who has experience in:
Developing paid digital media strategies and campaigns based on targeting, messaging and relevant channels
Managing media agency relationships and interactions
Developing and managing consumer-direct acquisition campaigns (i.e. inbound marketing, win-back and direct mail, email)
Evaluating and analyzing metrics to optimize acquisition campaign performance
Developing, managing and executing lead generation and nurturing campaigns for key distribution channels
Working with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to drive leads that convert to sales
Essential functions

Understand and translate complex product and regulatory information
Ability to develop and execute marketing tactics based on marketing and communications plans across channels, completed on-time and on-budget, and reporting on metrics
Ability to learn complex product and regulatory information and translate it to consumer-friendly materials
Develop strong understanding of Individual insurance market, trends, and competitive landscape
Build relationships cross-functionally within the organization, and with outside agencies and vendors

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role
Preferred
Experience structuring and monitoring marketing campaigns within CRM tool (i.e. Salesforce)
Working knowledge of project management software (i.e. Lytho)
Experience working with ad agencies
Knowledge and relevant experience with lead generation
