SUMMARY

Assists with company-wide marketing initiatives to support sales and enhance internal and external customer communications including administrative and clerical needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned

· Assist with the creation and design of company-wide internal and external marketing materials including presentations, photography, and prints.

· Oversees social media platforms, activities and monitors engagement.

· Support and monitor visitor and customer service through front door coverage and phone support. (50% of time at front door)

· Support daily purchasing needs including data entry.

· Responsible for full-cycle administration of industry-specific trade shows.

· Responsible for gathering and distributing materials in support of recruitment efforts.

· Manage and assist with special ongoing marketing related projects including all aspects of marketing and company events.

· Assists with the company’s Website updates and maintenance.

· Track marketing-related material/responsible inventories, including office and conference room supplies and lunches.

· Assist with tracking and distribution of merchandise and swag.

· Help support daily administrative duties for sales, operations, and executive teams including scheduling and coordinating meetings and meeting space.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma required a marketing-related Associate’s Degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Power Point and Publisher, and Adobe required, and 1-2 years business-to-business marketing experience preferred.
