Duties

• Manage the Scott Group Studio website. Schedule and manage content updates, monitor and report out on user activities to align with our strategic plan
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
• Collaborate with Marketing team on content strategies to drive successful results
• Manage “to the trade” website commerce portal
• Manage email marketing using Hubspot platform to generate inbound leads
• Create and implement a reporting structure and dashboard to measure KPI’s and ROI
• Develop and manage strategy for digital advertising activities, working collaboratively with marketing team and outside partners to develop campaigns goals with measurable results
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
• Oversee all the company's social media accounts and provide input on best content and channels to reach our target audience
• Track and measure Google Analytics and Sprout Social metrics and report out
• Build an inbound marketing plan
• Track competitors performance to provide industry benchmarks
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

Abilities

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• 4 years of digital marketing experience with branded product lines
• Proficiency in Hubspot and Google Analytics
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platform
• Proven track record for developing and executing successful online marketing programs.
• Knowledge of Word Press website platform
• E-commerce experience (desired)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills along with the desire to work collaboratively and the ability to work independently.
