Who You Are:

We're in search of a creative and strategic Email Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role will be responsible for all direct-to-consumer email marketing efforts and build a best-in-class email marketing program. This role is perfect for someone who is a strategic thinker and passionate about crafting targeted campaigns to drive desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create, design, and optimize direct to consumer email marketing campaigns focused on promoting financial education.

· Managing subscriber databases: Creating and managing email lists, ensuring their accuracy and hygiene across consumer brands.

· Staying up to date with Can-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA best practices.

· Analyze and report on campaign performance, sender score, and domain reputation.

What You’ll Need:

· Proven experience using cold email marketing tactics and strategies.

· Strong track record of; writing engaging content for lead generation, drip campaigns, and building email lists.

· Two to three years of experience minimum, utilizing leading email marketing automation platforms.

· Experience in scaling and warming up servers with a working knowledge of DKIM, SPF, and DMARC protocols.

· Experience with BI-tools, Google Analytics, Twilio, or transactional email platforms like Mailgun or SendGrid.

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
