We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist and Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, conducting internal audits, and providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with clients over the phone, proficient in tracking and monitoring activities, and possesses exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Follow-Ups:
Engage with clients via phone calls to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
Tracking and Monitoring:
Monitor client activities, transactions, and interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Utilize tracking systems to record client interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Internal Auditing:
Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to established procedures, identify areas for improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Analyze data and reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
Activity Updates and Reporting:
Provide regular updates on customer and internal activities to the team, highlighting key insights and trends.
Generate reports detailing client interactions, audit findings, and operational metrics for management review.
Facilitate Contributions and Rollovers:
Assist clients with contributions, withdrawals, and rollovers, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless transactions and resolve any issues promptly.
Concierge Services:
Serve as a concierge generalist for the office, providing support across various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, routing them to the appropriate channels for resolution.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Microsoft Office
· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
· Proficiency in tracking and monitoring activities, with keen attention to detail.
· Experience in conducting internal audits and analyzing data preferred.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with financial services and investment products is a plus.
· Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
