Job Title: Client Service Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC

Training is 30 days and 100% onsite

Hybrid schedule after training (5 days onsite, 5 days remote)

Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday

Duration: 6-Month Contract (strong candidates fully expected to convert to perm)

Interview Process: 10-15 minute video interview

Projected Start Date: June 10th

Pay Rate: $32-$34/hr

Responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing a more complex variety of support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support.

Duties include:

• Working with existing customers and relationship managers to present product or service information, discuss operating problems and identify opportunities to cross-sell other services; assessing and analyzing account activity, reports, cash flow projections and financial statements for customers to identify irregularities and determine retention resolution; preparing monthly/quarterly financial and profitability reports and loan reports; promoting Bank services and seeking new business with present and prospective customers; consulting with senior management on high level financial planning; identifying external customer needs and evaluating profitability and risk; preparing marketing proposals; assisting with special projects relating to product conversions and new product development.
• Provide guidance to lower-level staff .
• This is not a call center environment position as there is a low volume caseload. You will be handling 8-12 cases per week. These cases will be very in depth and could take multiple days to resolve. You will be reviewing cases that are sent in from the client and conduct research to see what went wrong then provide a solution.

Required Qualifications:

• FINRA series 7 licensing is a must
• Series 66/63 are also nice to have
• 1 year or more of brokerage experience is preferred
• Experience with client service experience within a financial institution
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills Strong collaboration skills
