Job Title: Registered Client Services Associate II
Reports To: Financial Advisor(s) or Advisory Services Operations Manager
Direct Reports: N/A
Salary Grade: 6
SUMMARY
The successful associate will proactively market and promote Advisory Services internally to existing bank customers and externally in assigned community markets. They will collaborate with one or more investment advisors to focus on growing revenue and assets under management by building relationships with bank employees as well as help actively market the program in their communities. The associate will need to be licensed as this is an integral part of the position and mandatory. They will actively support the customer service philosophy and culture of the bank.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
* Series 7 and 63/66 Licensed
* Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Self-Motivated and ability to work independently
* Can analyze and resolve problems independently
* Desire to learn and stay informed of industry changes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.
* Customer Service facing activities and responsibilities
JOB FUNCTIONS
* Partner with one or more investment advisors to grow the business, increase sales, maintain and facilitate ongoing client support, answer inquiries, research and resolve client service issues
* Manage all aspects of client service, communication, issue resolution, and back office processing
* Assist in preparation for client and prospect meetings
* Maintain an office that meets all relevant regulatory compliance requirements
* Coordinate and implement seminars, sales campaigns, and branch trainings
* Establish all brokerage accounts, including all necessary documents required to open a brokerage account
* Resolve account problems
* Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
