- You will work with the leaders to identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- You will translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Further, you will build annual training program and prepare teaching plans, and deliver training courses
- You will also develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- In this role, you will direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- This position will help acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- You will be assessing training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior, and periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
