Learn valuable manufacturing skills in a growing industry! Breakaway from the repetitiveness of typical manufacturing and warehousing! Let us develop you to starting a new career path! Assembly, previous manufacturing, production, and warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Hours and Pay:
1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5a-3:30pm (Have Fridays Off!)
Pay starts at $16.00/hr during temporary period and increases upon conversion to a direct employee with merit increases for new skills and knowledge!
Responsibilities:
- Read and understand custom order specifications and develop and action plan for fulfillment.
- Safely operate machines and saws to cut wood to exact specifications.
- Sand and smooth wood cabinetry to specific design.
- Spray designs and finish on to cabinetry for final look.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Package finished product for shipment.
- Collaborate on production ideas to efficiently fulfill orders.
- Other duties on operations floor as designed.

Job Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading comprehension and mathematic skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to collaborate in a team environment.
- Positive attitude aimed towards group success.
- Full dexterity with hands and ability grip, grasp, pull, push, bend and twist.
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day.
- Do other job functions outside of day to day operations as directed.
