Lincoln Family Medical Group is a primary care physician practice with a focus on physical, mental, and spiritual health.
We are currently hiring for a Medical Assistant. We are looking for a detail oriented, team player who enjoys multi-tasking and taking initiative in this fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in the facilitation of teamwork, communication, and positive office environment for patients, providers, and co-workers. This position requires working closely with the patient's physician and care team and must uphold the highest standards of patient care.
Duties include:
- Obtain and Document Complete Health History in EHR
- Maintain Accurate Patient Charts
- Medication Reconciliation
- Taking Vitals
- Giving Vaccinations
- Collecting and Preparing Specimens for Lab
- Assisting patient in receiving preventive care services
- Medication Refills and Medication Prior-Authorizations
- Phone Triage
- Patient Education
- Scheduling Appointments
- Assist in Minimally Invasive Patient Procedures.
- All other duties assigned.
The hours are full-time, Monday - Friday.
Pay is competitive and based on experience and license/certification.
