Lincoln Family Medical Group is a primary care physician practice with a focus on physical, mental, and spiritual health.

We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to Phone Triage. This position plays a critical role in the facilitation of teamwork, communication, and positive office environment for patients, providers, and co-workers. This position requires working closely with the patient's physician and care team and must uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Duties:

Within licensed scope of practice, and using standing orders, protocols, and policies and procedures, answer patient phone calls and determine call disposition.

Provide clear description of patient questions to providers and communicate answers to patients.

Within licensed scope of practice, and using standing orders, protocols, and policies and procedures, refill medications for patients.

Within licensed scope of practice, and using standing orders, protocols, and policies and procedures, give advice to patients about self care.

Other duties typical of a phone nurse in a busy family practice office.

Pay is competitive and based on experience and license/certification.

Requirements:

Current/Unrestricted Nebraska LPN license

Experience in a Medical Office - Primary Care
