As the Electrical Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our service department and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of electrical services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervising a team of electricians and service technicians.

• Overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of service calls to ensure timely response and resolution of issues.

• Providing technical expertise and support to team members as needed.

• Monitoring and analyzing service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborating with sales and operations teams to develop service proposals and quotations for customers.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

As the Electrical Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our service department and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of electrical services to our clients

Requirements

High School Diploma with an electrical background

6 years of prior management and electrical experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
