**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Director to oversee the operations of our educational institution. The Site Director will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the institution's mission and goals

- Supervise and support staff members to ensure effective delivery of educational services

- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance student learning outcomes and overall school performance

- Oversee compliance with educational regulations and standards

- Maintain a positive and inclusive school culture that fosters student success

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in education administration, teaching or related field

- Demonstrated success in working with students in an educational setting, experience in an after-school program setting is a plus

- Knowledge of higher education teaching methodologies and practices

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff members

Hours: Monday-Thursday 11:00a-6:30p/7:00p, Fridays-once per month, Saturdays quarterly
