Design Hire, LLC is Hiring an Electrical Superintendent Near Charlotte, NC

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.

Job Description:

  • Manage and supervise electrical crews, subcontractors, and vendors on-site to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Review electrical plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
