We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and develop project plans
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop electrical system designs and schematics
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare cost estimates
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design and installation practices
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
