As part of our team, you oversee multiple projects and supervise the field operations to implement the installation of large-scale high rise residential projects. You manage work sequencing, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure safe and timely completion of all projects.This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, and our ideal candidate possesses significant prior experience organizing and supervising multiple projects on large work sites. You should have ample experience with high rise installation and construction processes, as well as experience with blueprint reading, electrical schematics, wiring, conduit work, and thorough knowledge of workplace safety practices.Responsibilities:-Plan and organize projects.-Negotiate & resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, Contract Scope of Work on time.-Maintain rapport with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long- term relations.-Attend/participate in project meetings and conference calls.-Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest.-Manage all closeout procedures including documentation, filing, record drawings.-Provide coaching and counseling to field supervision daily to ensure each project's success.
