Titan Electric is Hiring an Electrical Project Manager Near Charlotte, NC

The company has significant opportunities to further penetrate its existing markets and expand into other geographies and service lines.We are seeking a qualified Electrical Project Manager who will oversee the installation from bidding the job to final construction. As part of our team, you oversee multiple projects and supervise the field operations to implement the installation of large-scale high rise residential projects. You manage work sequencing, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure safe and timely completion of all projects.This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, and our ideal candidate possesses significant prior experience organizing and supervising multiple projects on large work sites. You should have ample experience with high rise installation and construction processes, as well as experience with blueprint reading, electrical schematics, wiring, conduit work, and thorough knowledge of workplace safety practices.Responsibilities:-Plan and organize projects.-Negotiate & resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, Contract Scope of Work on time.-Maintain rapport with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long- term relations.-Attend/participate in project meetings and conference calls.-Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest.-Manage all closeout procedures including documentation, filing, record drawings.-Provide coaching and counseling to field supervision daily to ensure each project's success. Senior Electrical ProjectQualifications:-Minimum of 5 years of electrical high rise construction experience with an electrical contractor.-Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.-Ability to manage/run multiple projects as required.-Superior communication and interpersonal skills.-Exceptional computer skills.-Dependent on experience and work history.Titan Electric is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
