Little and Company Inc. is Hiring an Entry Level Electrical Engineer Near Charlotte, NC

Little is currently looking for an entry level position to join our Charlotte, NC office. This is a great opportunity for an electrical designer/Revit technician or a recent college graduate with an Electrical Engineering degree. Our project types include: education, civic/government, financial services, retail, office, interior renovation, high tech/R&D, mission critical/data centers, and healthcare.

Candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering;
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam or working towards;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  • Curious and creative with a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking

Candidates will have some of the following qualifications:

  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD;
  • Lighting design/photometrics knowledge/experience;
  • Knowledge of building and electrical codes; and
  • Collaborating with architects at all stages of design
  • Professional experience a plus (but not required); and
  • A passion for Sustainability (LEED Accredited and/or WELL Accredited a plus).
