Reporting to the General Manager, Lifetime Green Coatings is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team and successfully identify and grow new markets and revenue streams for our company. Successful candidate must have a proven track record in maintaining key client relationships while identifying strategic business opportunities for LGC in uncharted industries. Candidate will be accountable for the full development of new account agreements specifically within the Residential, Commercial and Agricultural space while introducing our floor coatings services to markets where LGC has little to no presence as a Leader in floor coatings.
Successful candidate will be responsible for targeting and building new relationships while being held accountable for the projected new business and revenue to be generated by the leads and contacts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Candidate will aggressively pursue RFP opportunities for floor coatings product services for these new markets and will be skilled in all facets of the Sales cycle with a strong emphasis on closing the sale. Must have the demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business sales goals for the specific new markets expansion while maintaining current business partners.
