HVAC Project Manager
Salary range of 100K to 125,000.00 range bonus vehicle.
We are looking for a HVAC Project Manager with experience working for a mechanical contractor managing installation projects.
Responsible for management of HVAC, Plumbing projects..
Duties include:
- Purchasing and cost control, overseeing coordination, subcontractors and scheduling of project activities.
- Process change proposals, submittal review, submission of monthly requisitions and coordination of manpower.
- Attend start up meeting and reviewing scope with Foreman, Pre-fab, CAD, and Estimating departments. Requesting drawings, specifications, addenda from the General Contractor.
