Duties:
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records
- Assist in administrative tasks related to HR operations
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes
- Participate in employee evaluation processes
- Support human resources management activities
- Engage in HR sourcing and talent management efforts
- Familiarity with Paychex and Paylocity systems is a plus
- Contribute to workforce management initiatives

Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Strong administrative capabilities within an HR setting
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to conduct employee evaluations effectively
- Knowledge of human resources management practices
- Familiarity with HR sourcing strategies
