Responsibilities

We are a fast-growing company and to help drive our growth we are searching for an energetic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our vibrant Talent Acquisition team. This position will be enabling our Talent Acquisition Team to hire world-class talent through supporting administrative and operational functions, always focusing on the success of the team and providing a top-notch candidate experience.

• Manage new hire onboarding tasks by providing follow up information and assistance to new hires and managers.
• Complete and process new hire forms.
• Manage agency relations to include contract agreements and follow ups with agencies to ensure hiring needs are being met.
• Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with job description templates and candidate information (ie LinkedIn URL).
• Attend career fairs as needed.
• Schedule interviews for recruiters and hiring managers as needed.
• Assist recruiters with research as needed.
• Assist with diversity outreach.
• Assist in maintaining reports and documentation on candidates.
• Provide other administrative support to recruiters as needed.
• Responsible for data entry and audits related to the hiring, termination, and status changes of employees.
• Verify new hire information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year experience in a recruiting, human resources or an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Must be able to multi-task to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
