Availability: Must be on-call with a flexible schedule and willing to fill vacancies as required, including evenings and weekends.

Location(s): This role will be managing up to 4 homes and up to 15 staff in Lancaster, Newark, and Mount Vernon, OH. Must have reliable transportation with car insurance.

Pay & Perks: The pay is $32,000 annually without eligibility for overtime. We do offer employee referrals and occasional incentives. We do not offer benefits at this time.

Job Duties:

• The position will work in the client or clients home up to 40hrs/week, plus more pending client needs

• Work with clients and co-workers, but also able to work independent of management with good decision-making

• Multi-task and work in an often chaotic environment; be able to de-escalate issues
• Provide personal hygiene care to clients such as showering, toileting, brushing teeth, administering medical treatments as trained
• Learn and perform scheduling for all employees; assist in covering shifts if needed; find and implement ways to recruit new members in the home's area
• Demonstrate performing of timely documentation in legible writing

Qualifications:

• 2 years' supervisory experience
• Experience with developmentally disabled population and related training
• Outgoing personality with great energy
• Works independently with good problem solving skills
