We are a seeking passionate, experienced Program Manager to oversee activities of assigned programs/facilities for Disabilities Services (DDS). Thorough knowledge of assigned program(s) is required, including social work theories, interventions, evaluation techniques & treatment systems. The Program Manager will demonstrate leadership skills, in order to ensure clients are engaged on a routine basis, utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques, foster & promote healthy decision making & positive interpersonal skills.

Skills and Abilities

• Performs direct supervisory of Home Managers
• Oversees activities of assigned DD programs &/or facilities.
• Ensures consistency in interpretation of agency policies, procedures, contracts & provides guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, or other related field, or equivalent training & experience.
• Two years’ experience in, developmental disability services, non-profit community-based organization, or related field, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity
• Must be computer literate
• Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license;
• Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen;
• Must complete 40 hours of in-service training on an annual basis;
