POSITION SUMMARY
Perform routine and non-routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to staff.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Have a strong organizational skill set with the ability to multi-task. Quick learner with databases.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Skills
Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
Candidates with 4-5 years’ experience is strongly recommended to apply.
