We are hiring a Program Manager Assistant for our growing team! Looking for someone with the flexibility to support multiple clients in the Lancaster and Columbus areas. Must be able to fill in and support where staffing needs are as well as manage and lead team members.

Job Duties could include:

• Leading team members by example, staffing and providing excellent support to clients
• Assisting with training and onboarding new staff
• Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly paperwork for accuracy including timesheets, HPC sheets, mileage logs
• Transport individuals to doctors appointments and ensure the best care
• Ensuring best practices set by the company are being followed by staff
• Bolstering a team and supporting growth at a staff level as well as company level
• Med Administration
• PRN Staffing - filling in and working when needed
• Work with Program Manager to schedule staff

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in the developmental disabilities field or similar including assisted living or nursing homes HIGHLY preferred
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead people
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills

*Must be willing to travel around Lancaster area and to Columbus to fulfill work in office*

Pay based upon level of experience.
