A Program Manager is responsible for leading the program’s project leads within our Fatherhood and Mental Wellness Initiatives. Calling All Dads and Real Men Real Talk are the programs the candidate will be leading within the community to improve the star rating of childcare centers, increase the percentage of Black kids that are Kindergarten Ready and expose Black men to Talk Therapy.

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead a team of program leads who will work with hundreds of program participants.
• Monitor caseloads of all program leads.
• Create new program concepts, long-term goals, and evaluation methods.
• Monitor projects and progress to ensure grant and contracted partnership objectives are exceeded.
• Facilitate team and partner meetings and support groups for program participants.
• Coordinate and lead all fatherhood and mental wellness programming and execution.
• Connect participants to community partners and resources.
• Manage activities related to logistics, program curriculum, reporting and analyzing program data.
• Meet weekly with project leads and leadership to review caseloads, events planning and program progress with community partners.
• Oversee the collection of the required data from program participants and input data into QuickBase on a weekly basis.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 3-5 years of Program Management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent organizational skills preferred
• Experience with case management
• Available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Experience in mental wellness and program management preferred
• Comfortable analyzing reports and using data to drive performance results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
