Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Manager to join our team. As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining positive working relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and vendor selection process
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with vendors
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in vendor management processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in vendor management
- Utilize project management tools such as Trello, Smartsheet, or Project Server to track vendor-related tasks and projects

Experience:
- Proven experience in vendor management or procurement roles
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, Smartsheet, or Project Server
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
