Duties:

• Oversee and manage scheduling of security guards
• Perform quality control of timesheets and weekly schedule
• Develop and implement/enforce company policies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Revised Code 4749, Ohio Administrative Code 4501:7-1, and other PISGS and licensing regulations
• Ensure bi-weekly payroll is 100% accurate
• Train and supervise Account Managers and other middle management
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly Ohio sales taxes
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly General Liability Insurance
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly rent
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly BWC payments
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Supervise Human Resources Director
• Supervise administrative and support operations (pay, logistics, maintenance, site audits)
