MedOne Healthcare Partners is Hiring a Provider Program Manager Near Columbus, OH
MedOne is setting the standard for patient care. We are an independent, hospital medicine practice of more than 170 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, as well as more than 35 administrative staff, who are united by a single purpose—to make healthcare better. We are seeking a Provider Program Manager who is responsible for identifying and supporting project and operational process improvement initiatives across MedOne.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm with some flexibility in work schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads moderate-scale new and existing projects/programs, including project scope, timelines and deliverables within the desired budget and objectives.
- Supports the MedOne leadership team to implement large-scale and multiteam projects/programs with oversight of leaders.
- Utilizes project plans for project lifecycle management and acts as liaison between all project contributors.
- Works with unit medical directors, clinical leads and APP leaders to manage daily operations, at-risk measures and improve workflows/processes for both medical and nursing teams.
- Provides data analytics and recommends and implements process improvement initiatives/ interventions based on metadata assessments.
- Supports KPIs and execution of next steps.
- Monitors volumes, CPT utilization and daily reports and other data from billing vendors to ensure accuracy and resolves issues/discrepancies.
- Works as a partner with hospital quality and customer experience partners to reach goals.
- Supports MedOne Finance and IT on report and project management, as needed.
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships across MedOne to ensure seamless communications and robust teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, project management or related field.
Experience: 2 – 5 years of healthcare experience, project management, practice management or related.
SKILLS:
- Experience implementing clinical programs, projects or process improvement initiatives throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Self-starter that can independently recognize and evaluate problems and is motivated to seek out challenges.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate metadata.
- Ability to identify project barriers and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Builds good rapport and partnership with internal and external team members.
- Strong ability to facilitate groups to achieve desired outcomes and deliverables.
- Strong organization
- Excellent ability to clearly communicate deadlines and deliver on these deadlines.
- Excellent presentation skills and use of Microsoft Office
