Make a Difference: Clinical Services Program Manager at Gracehaven

Gracehaven, a faith-based organization affiliated with Central Ohio Youth for Christ, seeks a Clinical Services Program Manager to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.

In this fulfilling role, you will:

  • Lead a team of skilled therapists and case managers in providing high-quality, trauma-informed care to survivors of trafficking.
  • Forge strategic partnerships to ensure consistent access to referrals.
  • Champion continuous improvement through best practices, research, and client feedback.
  • Oversee clinical processes and outcomes, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Contribute to a faith-based environment that fosters healing and growth.
Do you have the qualifications and the heart to serve?
  • Required:
  • License as an Independent Social Worker (LISW), Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Certification on Gracehaven's chosen trauma model.
  • Clean background check.
  • Agreement with the Central Ohio Youth for Christ and Gracehaven Standards of Conduct and Statement of Faith.
  • Preferred:
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage & family therapy, with a supervisory designation.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing trauma-informed clinical supervision and multi-disciplinary team leadership.
