Position Summary for our Youth Leadership Institute for our R2E:
Under the general direction of the Director of Youth Initiatives, this position is responsible for program service delivery; ensuring all services meet contract, funding, and performance requirements and are consistent with the mission of the Columbus Urban League. This position supervises staff; maintains site relationships; coordinates programming and actual delivery of programs as needed to meet high-performance levels.
Program Description:
The Columbus Urban League’s Youth Leadership Institute provides a number of services designed to increase academic achievement and enhance life-skills and leadership development for your ages 6-24. YLI programs include:

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Certification or Licensure: A valid Ohio Driver’s License is required in addition to a driving record that is in compliance with the Columbus Urban League only if the employee is assigned to transport program participants, or any other type of activity that mandates driving. Licensure or certification in social work, counseling or other social services field desired but not required.
Other Skills and Abilities: Must be able to operate Microsoft applications, organize and prioritize work, time management, meet deadlines and operate office equipment.
