The Front Desk Navigator position will be the first point of contact for all external visitors which includes corporate partners, donors, clients and vendors. This position is responsible for CUL facilities management and providing administrative support to the President’s Office. The Service Navigator represents the President’s Office as the front-line staff and acts as the gatekeeper for the agency.
Required Experience:

• Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies.
• Greet walk-in customers and other visitors.
• Answering, screening, tracking and forwarding telephone calls.
• Collecting, sorting, distributing, and preparing mail and courier deliveries.
• Performing other administrative support tasks.
• Obtaining or sending information or documents using a computer, fax machine, or mail
• Contributing to the security of the agency by helping to monitor visitors’ adherence to, and upholding health and safety protocols.
• Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Provide prompt and courteous service: both on the phone and in person.
• Demonstrate friendliness and proper phone etiquette with every customer.
• Provides general information regarding routine inquiries from customers and refers all requests for information and other inquiries or complaints to the appropriate point of contact.
• Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer question or concerns.
• Maintains the room reservation calendars by reserving dates and times. Advises on how to book Conference Room calendars through Outlook and assists as needed in bookings.
• Provides support to Building Operations by receiving, tracking and reporting property issues or concerns.
