Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager with expertise in payroll administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management while also managing payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding activities.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
Oversee performance management systems, including employee evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Handle employee relations issues effectively, promoting a positive work culture and resolving conflicts as they arise.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement initiatives to promote employee well-being.
Payroll Administration:
Manage payroll processes, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Calculate and process employee salaries, tips, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation components.
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Stay updated on payroll regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Proven experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Prior experience in payroll administration, including proficiency with payroll software and systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in payroll processing and documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
