- The HR Director, under the general direction of the V.P. & Chief Operating Officer, shall be responsible for directing and administering the personnel program in accordance with the policies and procedures of the corporation. The HR Director shall participate in the planning and implementation of organizational strategies related to staff recruitment, development and retention.
