**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet targets. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Present and demonstrate company products/services to prospective clients - Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business - Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale **Requirements:** - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field - Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to manage accounts effectively and grow market share - Customer-focused with a passion for sales and exceeding targets Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative, where you can showcase your sales skills, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships.
