We are looking for a motivated individual with great people skills to join our team! The Inside Sales and Sales Support will work as part of La Bottega’s sales team to provide exceptional service and timely solutions for our clients.

The Inside Sales and Sales Support will also work closely with La Bottega’s Operations, Accounting and Product Development teams to successfully launch new accounts and support client needs.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing the development of prospecting tools
• Cold calling and uncovering potential leads
• Qualifying incoming leads
• Following up on active prospects
• Developing marketing campaigns and strategies for the territory
• Assist with customer interface and day-to-day account/relationship management
• Creating sales presentations
• Creating quotes, order forms and consumption agreements when NYC office is not available
• Using proprietary software for look ups when NYC office is not available
• Managing sample requests

Qualifications:

• Experience with operations and customer service
• Hospitality background is preferred but not required
• Very proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented individual
• Organized, effective, problem solver who is self-motivated and team-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
