Job Title: Human Resources Director

You'll oversee a range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, staff engagement, benefit administration, and training. Success in the Role:
Onboarding Period:
As you step into the role of Human Resources Director at Kommissary, your initial focus will be on immersing yourself in our culture, policies, and operational dynamics. During this period, you'll familiarize yourself with our human resources policies, programs, and services, ensuring a thorough understanding of our organization's needs and objectives. Building collaborative relationships with department heads and team members, you'll gain insights into the current state of our human resources function and identify areas for improvement. Through active participation in team meetings and hands-on experience, you'll quickly become acquainted with our recruitment processes, employee relations strategies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
3rd Month Goals:
In your third month, your primary objectives will revolve around creating a solid foundation for effective human resources management. You'll oversee personnel recordkeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards for new hires, employee reviews, promotions, transfers, and separations. Additionally, you'll review payroll processes and manage payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all employees. Leveraging your analytical skills, you'll analyze HR-related training needs and develop comprehensive training plans and procedures to address skill gaps and promote professional development. By the end of your third month, you'll have demonstrated your capacity to multitask, adapt to fast-paced environments, and contribute value to our human resources operations.
1st Year Goals:
Over the course of your first year, your success will be measured by your impact on our human resources function and organizational performance. Strategically, you'll develop, implement, and evaluate Kommissary's human resources plans, aligning them with our overall business objectives and regulatory requirements. You'll play a pivotal role in recruiting, staffing, and selecting high-quality candidates, developing long-term relationships to enhance our talent pipeline flow. Additionally, you'll design and administer progressive compensation and benefits programs to motivate and reward employees while maintaining compliance with legal standards. By fostering a workplace environment consistent with our values and mission, you'll contribute to cultural transformation and enhanced service delivery. As a trusted advisor and mediator, you'll provide guidance to managers and employees on various people matters, ensuring a respectful and productive work environment. By the end of your first year, you'll have established yourself as a strategic partner and advocate for our employees, driving organizational excellence and employee engagement.

Physical Demands: Generally, presents standard office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position >95% of the time. Continually operates a computer, keyboard and mouse, and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, and mobile Smartphone device. Constantly positions self to comfortably maintain computer equipment. May occasionally be required to move about in an office setting or position office equipment weighing between 10-25 pounds. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Ability to operate a motor vehicle. The person in this position frequently communicates with other people. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation:
$110,000.00-$150,000.00/Annual commensurate with experience
